I like to make things. I believe in doing simple things well and creating comfort everywhere!

I'm a painter and currently headed to South/Central America to do an art residency. I was previously working as a visual designer but recently quit my job to focus on my art and education for the next little while.

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly listen to electronic music of all types, but also really appreciate songwriting aspects of folk/indie music as well. I adore good love music of all kinds. Some musical artists I'm into: Tycho, Nicolas Jaar, Sylvan Esso, Feist, The Strokes, Tom Misch, Bonobo, Regina Spektor, Caribou, Explosions in the Sky... I also love seeing a good DJ set!

I love visual art. I prefer abstract works but appreciate sincerity above all. One of my favorite contemporary artists is Ellsworth Kelly. My fave movie might be Leon the Professional and I'm currently reading and loving The Gift by Lewis Hyde.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recently did a camping road trip from Seattle to San Fransisco by motorcycle. Drove along the coast with no plans and slept wherever I ended up.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm open to sharing music, recipes, stories.. life philosophies... I find cooking and eating a meal together is one of the best ways to get to know people! I love to cook so you'll be sure to try some of my experiments 😝

I love playing guitar and singing, painting and drawing so I'm happy to share whatever I know in those subjects. I also practice acro, aerial and yoga if you want to do those things too :-)
