Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had always heard about people trying this ,but never really thought about it myself.In May 2014 I went on a trip to California where I had the chance to see a friend who currently lived there. We planned a night out in Hollywood and realized we didn't have a place to stay.She was a member to this site and talked about how fun it was to meet fellow adventurers.We found a place to stay nearby in Studio City. Needless to say it was an awesome first time couch surfing experience. I knew it would not be my last.This is a great way to listen to stories and make connections to people all over the world who share similar interests.

I listen to a little bit of everything.Every genre has something to offer.I always love finding new music. 90s is my favorite.

Comedies will always be my favorite because I love to laugh. I also like to watch movies that really make you think as well as animated movies. Some of my favorites include any Disney movies, Dirty Dancing, Drop Dead Fred, and Hocus Pocus.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I have done besides teaching is my two week trip to California. After I graduated from college I decided I wanted to venture across country.I took a plane to California two days after graduation by myself.This became my first solo trip as well as my first trip to the west coast. I had so many new experiences and tried things I had never done before.I met great people from all parts of the world as well as some familiar faces from friends that had moved out that way years before.
