About Me

I am in love with life! If I could I would be outside 24/7. The Yukon fresh air calls me wherever I am in the world…I am under its spell.

I would like our world to have no borders and would love for people to see themselves in the eye of every stranger they meet. I know that everyone has a story and I love to sit and listen. I believe we grow by exchanging our experiences and our knowledge with each other. I am always available for a heated debate on difficult topics (poverty, feminism, politics, etc.). Meditation practice and yoga is part of my journey.

I am very active, doing pretty much everything: swimming, hiking, camping, back country skiing, cross country skiing, kayaking, biking, canoeing, etc. I am also someone who takes the time to observe and appreciate little moments and I’m a visual artist (when I’m not outside…so not so much lately). Oh, and sharing a great meal with a good bottle of wine is always welcome in my house.

Also, I am working on realizing my dream to sail the world or a part of it in the near future…

I am quiet but can surprise you.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love LOVE music and dancing too.

Many books fall in my life at the right moment - books are important to me and I always have one open.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

If I have to choose only one it will have to be taking tea on a sand dune in Timbuktu under the most amazing night sky I ever saw.

But every time I go out of Whitehorse it is always amazing, adding to my list of amazing things I have done.

Life is too short not to do only amazing things.

Teach, Learn, Share

Only by meeting each other would I know what I can teach you and share with you. I believe we always learn something from each and every person we meet.

It could be to practice your French or learn canoeing techniques.
