Présentation
À propos de moi
I was born in the misty mountains of the North of Norway, right before the long, dark winter set in.
I love my home country, but I still cannot get used to those months of utter darkness.
I am currently living in a Zen Buddhist Temple, learning about zen, meditation, yoga, dance meditation and whatnot. Am also teaching this style of yoga and integrative practice to Koreans, yet I do not speak much korean. It is very good practice. :)
After studying and living yoga for a few years I felt something calling for me after having met a monk in the mountains of South Korea. So I went.
Whenever I catch myself being too serious I do a headstand to sbap out of it.
Keeping the balance between alertness and calmness, seriousness abd childishness is key.
I have an introverted streak which, when attended to, turns into an extroverted one.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
When you start to truly think about it EVERYTHING you do is amazing.
You are alive!
To remember that is pretty amazing. :)
Climbing the mast of St. Lehmkuhl was also pretty rad. To only be surrounded by the sea all around, no land in sight - so beautiful.
