Overview
About Me
I have kissed a camel in the Omani desert, befriended a taxi driver in the old city of Nizwa, hiked and camped out alone in the Overland track of Tasmania, learned how to drive a tuk tuk from locals in Kandy, climbed the highest mountain in Lofoten, learned Aumkar meditation in an ashram in Coimbatore, watched countless shooting stars dashed through the night sky of the Nothern Territory during a meteor shower, and skinny dipped every ocean, lake, desert I love.
But really, I can never quite remember much the places that I have visited, or what I have done in those places. Instead, its the people I met that have always left me breathless. Some people are collectors of moments, and I, I collect stories. Stories of people, of places, of things. I have a strange ability to remember faces and texture, and I have always had a thing with colors, forms and shapes.
Like you I am fascinated by the stars glimmering in the night sky, terrified by the deepness of the ocean, startled by the kindness of strangers, thrilled by the foreignness of the air and humidity in a new land, and wondered about the significance of my words, action and consequence.
I cannot offer you stories of a great big adventure into how many countries I have visited - there was never enough, but I would like to think that I am an interesting person and a fun company.
Open minded, resilient, and always curious.
I don't call any particular place home - I have never been able to identify myself with any particular culture, race, or religion. I love exploring - I have contemplated becoming a Christian, a Muslim and a Buddhist; a Chinese, a Malaysian, an Aussie, a Norwegian; vegan. vegetarian, meat eater. I have done and tried many things, but I am always up for a challenge ;)
I eat a lot, talk a bit too much sometimes, laugh really, really loud (!), and love the smell of good food - and incense!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Danced with a bunch of people I just met in the middle of the Omani desert to some amazing Indian music under a full moon.
Partied with an artist and an Emirati who owns a TV channel whom I just met in Dubai.
Went to someone's place to surf on their couch for the first time and never looked back :)
