One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Paid a Scottish "homeless" man a plane ticket to his hometown after he spent a month sleeping at the airport. Indeed, his credit card had been destroyed by the ATM and had discharged his mobile battery after calling a full day for help.
Because of his accent, no one could understand his English, and he was left to sleep near the airport.
I met him only because I missed my plane. We talked, I trusted him, and purchased us both a new ticket.
A few weeks later, I received his refund.
Morality: trust, understanding and humanity are the key to everything.
