Overview
About Me
I don't have "roots", I prefer describing myself as a "citizen of the world".
My parents built a sailboat in South of France and travelled across the world.
That is why I was born in a small island called Martinique in the Caribbean.
But I was raised in New Caledonia, in Pacific Ocean.
Like Tolkien once wrote :"Not all those who wander are lost".
I have always been very curious about other cultures.
Because “All journeys have secret destinations of which the traveler is unaware.” :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I don't want to act like a "typical" tourist.
I like discovering a city without following a guide or a book.
Couchsurfing gives us the chance to meet locals, who can give us the best advices to enjoy the fullest.
I think travelling is not complete if you don't talk to a stranger.
“If you’re twenty-two, physically fit, hungry to learn and be better, I urge you to travel – as far and as widely as possible. Sleep on floors if you have to. Find out how other people live and eat and cook. Learn from them – wherever you go.” ― Anthony Bourdain
