我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Je ne sais pas si c'est la chose la plus extraordinaire que j'ai pu faire jusqu'ici mais ce qui me vient immédiatement à l'esprit reste le jour de mes 18 ans. Je sortais d'un travail saisonnier et j'ai décidé sur un coup de tête de prendre la route pour 4 bonnes heures avant de rejoindre l'océan, pour y passer la nuit de mes 18 ans. L'océan me manquait et je voulais absolument me faire réveiller par le bruit des vagues pour le premier jour de ma majorité. Et ce fut une expérience magique !

I don't know if this is the most extraordinary thing I have done till now but what immediately comes to mind remains the day of my 18 years. I left my seasonal job and I decided, on the spur of the moment, to hit the road for 4 jours before reaching the ocean, to spend the night. I missed the ocean and I really wanted to be awaken by the sound of the waves for the first day of my majority. And it was a magical experience !
