I am in love with the Earth and her people... I spent my early 20's circumnavigating this conscious blue ball on a boat; learning what makes us all so similar, as well as the various traditions and ideas that make us unique. From this journey, grew more questions and deeper gratitude for the opportunity to be a soul in a living body.

Since then, I have spent my years focusing on the healing path, living with indigenous people's and observing and practicing their way of life. I am blessed to have spent time with the Shipibo, Waoroni, and Shuar peoples of the South American jungle. I spent the last year focusing on Native American sweat lodge, tending fire, and learning the power of the elementals in North America. I am an herbalist, wildcrafter, and ceremonialist. I love to sing, dance, and play with the opportunities that unfold as I live my prayer for peace on Earth.
