About Me

I am really curious of everything and always had a great hunger for the unknown. I think life is a wonderful gift and I guess that is part of why I am always happy and so grateful for all the small things. I love meeting new people and sharing experiences about life, greatest dreams and deepest fears. I also like to learn new languages. I am open-minded, funny (well at least I like to believe it ahah) and easy-going, always up for new adventures.

"Collect moments, not things."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A friend told me about it when I was about to leave for a long trip around the world. I had my first try in January 2014, in Sydney, where I stayed for 8 days at the coolest people's place. It was so much fun! Totally worth it! It so much better to discover a city with someone who lives in it, because you do what they do, eat what they eat and can actually experience a country at its fullest.
We kept in contact and some friends of them already came in Switzerland and I was able to host them at my place as well. It is such a wonderful exchange.

Interests

I am deeply interested in life.

Which includes pretty much everything: travel, art, cooking (and especially eating) amazing food, watching the clouds, good music, hiking and exploring unknown places, the smell of the rain, sleeping in the mountain counting the stars, skiing, watching people in the street, good books that make you think, desserts involving chocolate, desserts involving everything else, staying in museums for ages, climbing in nature, analog cameras, old movies, happy people, breath-taking landscapes...
