There are around 7,5 billion persons in our big, beautiful world. I don't think you've met them all, but hey, I'm just one of them :D
I'm 27 years young and I'm originally from Brussels, but I live in Leuven.

I'm a very social, cheerful and positive girl, who's curious about the world, and wants to explore everything.
Further, I think I have a lot of patients and want to help wherever it's needed.
I like to meet new people because I find it beautiful to hear their stories, their history, their dreams..

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfing is not for searching rooms (IF YOU DO THIS, I WILL NOT ACCEPT YOU)! it's for discovering a country/destination, learn new perspectives and enjoy, with a local.
I can offer you a couch, and when I'm available I would love to be your guide through Brussels and/or Leuven.
I can show you the touristic places but also (I think that's much more interesting ) all the less known beautiful places in Brussels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I already had a drink and was a guide for lots of couch-surfers, and it was always fun!!
Btw some of my references are not 100% correct, I already hosted much more people, but, what say the references? :)

Interests

I like to travel, especially with beautiful nature, I will avoid big cities sometimes in foreign countries because I want something I haven't seen yet.
I also like to swim, to surf, to dive (just everything in the water, when it's hot enough :p )
And when there is no water available I like to read a good book, do sports, spend time with friends and have lots of fun.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read novels, poems,... almost every form of literature.
My favorite authors are: Frank McCourt, Mario Vargas Llosa, Nicci Gerrard en Sean French.
For movies; I love Tarantino, Eli Roth, Gregg Hoffman
And also everything with zombies! :D
I can listen to any music there's out there, but my favorite stays hardcore metal.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-met the love of my life (we host you together ;) )
-swimming with sharks,
-got chased by monkeys,
-slept in an abandoned castle,
-try to climb a waterfall 4 times and never got to the top (I did get a hole in my leg :D)
And much more, it's too much to tell you all :D

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm amazed by all the differences and habits in every culture.
It tells us more about their evolution, their behavior, their approaches.
I believe we can all learn more by experiencing it first and than appreciating everyone's way of life.
