Overview
About Me
I am passionate about life and real, true health. I love getting into deep philosophical discussions about life and adventure.
I am not one for small talk, yet I would love to sit in curiosity and learn about you, your life, your dreams, and your passions. :)
I truly feel that curiosity for ourselves, each other, and the world will connect us all and dissolve hatred and issues around the world.
I absolutely love being submerged in the beauty and awe that our Mother Gaia has to offer. I am a wanderlust at heart and love getting 'awe-struck" by the magic that surrounds us every day.
More about me:
-I am an Acro Yogi, and I would love to teach you if you want to learn!!
-I am an authentic relating facilitator. My mission is to create a world where everything feels safe to be their authentic selves.
-I am very healthy, eat a mainly vegetarian diet, yet I do love a good glass of wine and IPA!
-I LOVE getting into nature, and I absolutely LOVE animals (especially dogs and horses!) cats are cool too.
- I am very open-minded and love learning about others' passions in life.
- I have a lot of energy, yet I am very balanced with it. I have enthusiasm and zest for life.
-My core values are connection, community, adventure, and integrity.
- I travel the world and plan on continuing for my lifetime, it is at the core of my being. I am known to use my travel experiences as a vehicle to help with my own and others' personal transformation. Travel is the ultimate form of education. <3
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I decided to join this platform as many of the hosts and friends I have met while traveling speak so highly of it.
I truly feel it takes a certain sense of love for humanity and trust in others to be involved in this, which says a lot for those who host and are also guests!!!
I look forward to meeting you! :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I love various forms of music, from soulful folk music to house music, salsa, and more. It really depends on what I am feeling at the time.
As for movies, anything comedy, or movies with symbolism and a deeper lesson in the plot.
Books- anything personal development or about humanity.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Rode a Camel in the Sahara Desert with my father, and taught fitness boot camps around the world.
Also did an Ayahuasca retreat in Peru with the Shipibo people, it was very transformative.
Teach, Learn, Share
I feel this comes up during a conversation. With curiosity, we become open to learning so much more about ourselves, each other, and the world.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am very conscious of other people's spaces and I do my absolute best to show my gratitude and appreciation.
Integrity is everything to me.
