About Me

Hi everyone ! I’m Julie, 25 years old French girl for the South of France (precisely from Toulouse). These last years, I’ve lived in Ireland and Australia and I've studied one semester in England. I love travelling, as everybody I think ! I traveled around almost all Spain (my family is half french and half spanish), did a car road trip in the west coast of Italy, did a road trip around Tenerife (mostly the north part as I avoid as much as I can touritics places) and I traveled alone one month in Thaïland which was the best month of my life!

I used to sleep in hostels/guesthouse while travelling especially in Asia but I would love to meet people and share good times with locals or expatriates here.

I'm kind, respectuful, quiet, tidy, talkative and funny. I used to live with international flatmates and even roomates espacially in Sydney (we were 8 people in a really small appartment) and in England where I lived with two Chinese flatmates. If you are intereted by French culture, language, cuisine or whatever I would be glab to inform you

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet locals or expatriates people and see what is the real life in this country. Meeting people who live there is always a great idea, i would love to be the host of foreign people in my country for example

Interests

I really love music! I’ve worked in a concert place in France from time to time only in order to participate at concerts after! I listen to music everyday and I also love singing under the shower even if I’m not (apparently) a good singer. I also love piano, i play it when I found someone with one as I don't have a piano at home (yet).
But what I love the most is visiting new places, beautiful and natural landscapes and meeting new people from all around the world. I also like to go out but I'm not in Asia for this.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A lot ... Hard to pick one. I've lived so much amazing journey in Thaïland. For exemple I've spent one day with a monk learning meditation and talking about bouddhism in order to understand this part of the culture. It was really amazing and the monk was really funny. I was also lost during a hiking in the middle of nowhere in Canarias Islands and alone ...
