About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To travel whenever whereever

ABOUT ME

Someone who likes deep intellectually stimulating conversation on any topic I like. An adventurous person who isn't afraid of getting mixed up in interesting situations.

I believe I am best on one-on-one - not because I don´t like groups - but then I have more time to ask questions and talk about myself. I like to walk out of the door and believe I have an idea of what kind person I have been visiting.

I love snow, ice cream, booble water, colours, fur animals, smiling, tease, hop and dance, run, bathe in the sea, say funny noises when I drop things, radio music and sing-a-long-songs.

I need to have a goal to reach - in life, during the day, when I travel or when I read a book. I am an only child and therefore I don´t like to share but I prioritize to care and help people if they need it.

And love meeting people instead of reading about them.

PHILOSOPHY

Live your life as you want the world to be.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just do it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Recently, I couchsurfed in Bruxelles, Ghent and Oostende. Sometimes I meet up for a CS meet up in a bar or for a walking tour.
Couchsurfed in Paris, Hamburg, Jervis Bay, Canberra and Brisbane. Met up with a few in town a couple of times, arranged a tour from Canberra to Melbourne and went on a trip with a bunch of Americans to Phillip Island.

Interests

Art, culture, festivals, hiking, talking, bathing, observing life, nature, running.

Most often I end up in cities instead of being in nature which always is my intention. But then I noticed I need both: Cities are for your mind and nature is for your soul.

My education has become my main interests when I go travelling. This means that I am trained to spend many hours in art museums.

Other than that I like volunteering and the social life around this, drinking a beer in the warmth, listing to live music or just chatting to open-minded people.
