About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Living, learning, and loving my life!

ABOUT ME

I am a 3rd grade teacher living in beautiful Western Washington!

I spent the 2010-2011 school year in Cadiz, Spain as an English teacher in an elementary school. One of my new favorite hobbies is meeting people and hearing their life story- everyone has one! I am friendly, clean, honest, polite, and flexible.

PHILOSOPHY

Learning is a lifelong process. I try my best to live, learn, and love the best that I possibly can. I also feel that little acts of kindness can make a huge difference!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have volunteered several times at an orphanage in Mexico. I have seen first-hand how a child can have few belongings, no parents, and an unpredictable future, and STILL have happiness. This encourages me in my life daily to live well and love others. I have been changed by my time spent at this orphanage, and I feel privileged to have the opportunity to continue traveling and learning these huge life lessons.

Teach, Learn, Share

I find that the more I learn, the less I truly know. But that makes me just want to learn more!

But really, I do know English, Spanish, all about American culture, and the education system in the United States. I want to learn to speak Italian and become more fluent in Spanish, learn how to cook ALL kinds of foods from all cultures, and to make friends around the globe.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
