Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling in a way which is more comfortable and most importantly way more social than alone in my tent! It's not only where you go but also the people you meet that make your journey unforgettable.
Although my van is quite small, I truly enjoy hosting travellers.

Turning a rusty van into my home, going alone by bicycle through the desert in China, coming across tigers while walking in the jungle, bringing a letter to a foreigner in a village I had never heard of in Armenia, Hitchiking from Iran to Belgium, going around Mosul during the war against Daesh in Iraq, hopping on top of an iron ore train in Mauritania and going 500km deep in the Sahara, being brutally arrested by the army for no real reason in Senegal then rescued by my consulate,...
