ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm a researcher, I study animal behavior (you might be one of my subjects ;). Travel-wise, I started my life as a traveler with a 96 days camping/bicycle trip that brought me all across Canada and on west coast of U.S... Work makes me travel too, I was doing research on plants in Argentina for a while and worked in a bunch of places in North America. I'm so motivated by everything that sometimes I think it makes my body temperature raise... woufh...

Even though I love animals, I am a humanist. That means I believe in people, I believe people can change things, like themselves... Or the world!

I always used warmshowers.org or stealth camping, so that's why I have limited experience with CS

Interests

Traveling, ice climbing, surf, ski, music and over all... Harmonica! I like to listen to and to tell stories... Travel stories are so incredible sometimes - like that time this naked guy tried to hug a bear...

Music, Movies, and Books

I like any kind of music as long as there is harmonica in it... or something that sounds good. I had a radio show before and I discovered alot of non-commercial music at that time. I love to dig through music libraries to find original stuff. Sometimes, I enjoy a good old superhero movie, even if it's silly. I probably read more books than most literate people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To cross Canada with a bicycle, climb Mt.Kilimanjaro, to make a new friend everyday during one month. Sit down and watch people behave, I call it "watching television". When I was in Argentina, I danced in a tango show. And overall... I endured myself for so long... haha!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share a pinch of stuffs: music, languages, things about nature, human behaviour, laughing, cooking, tango, bike fixing (even how to repair a flat tire with a 5$ bill). I usually fly for cheap, I can probably give you advice on that!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like to bring a gift to my hosts and spend time with them to see how they live, their aspirations, their dreams, their fears...
