ABOUT ME

I'm a French guy, I'm 28 and I'm doing Couchsurfing for 10 years now. I did five road-trips in Europe with my best friend, meeting a lot very interesting peoples. I had a lot of fun and so much good memories thanks to them!

In my last flat I was also host for travelers and that was a very exciting exprience. I'm very interested about meet new people and discover their culture. Then, I hope we will have fun ;)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I travel all around the world I love discover the Couchsurfing community of each city. Then I partipate in events in each city I visit. I met very cool hosts during my travels in Europe and I learned a lot of thing thanks to them. I really like make other peoples discover my city and show them the non-touristic places that I appreciate. Couchsurfing is certainly the best way to enjoy unexpected moments with foreigners and, in a certain sense, make a better world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I did a road-trip in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany during the summer 2013. And a new one in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria and Italy in 2014. Thanks to all the Couchsurfer I met ;)

In 2016, I traveled in Hungria, England and Wales and I met very amazing couchsurfers in each of these countries!

During the three months I spent in Seoul in 2016 I met many peoples from the local Couchsurfing community. I participated in meetings, guided tours and had a lot of fun with you girls and guys.

In August 2017 I visited the Balkans, riding in Slovenia, Croatia and the north of Italy. I spent amazing time there and met a lot of very interesting and funny people!

Interests

It's very important for me to be interested about a lot of various subjects and always try to learn new things. Then, I like all kinds of arts, the History, the Sociology...

I worked few years in the oldest theatre in Paris (Théâtre de l'Odéon) and in other cultural institutions after it. Now, i'm working for two years in the field of chilhood protection and I feel very lucky because I love my job. I'm particularly interested in litterature, cinema & music.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love French litterature (Céline, Rousseau, Appollinaire...) but also foreign authors (Jack London, Kafka, Oscar Wilde...).

In Music, I listen a lot of various things : Rock (Pink Floyd, The Doors...), Electro (Daft Punk, Flavien Berger, Kraftwerk...), Hip-Hop (Dr Dre, IceCube, Notorious Big...) and even Classic French Songs, Soul, Jazz or Reggae!

I'm very interested about movies (classic and new ones) and particularly the ones made by Stanley Kubrick, David Lynch, Akira Kurozawa, The Monthy Python, Xavier Dolan, Ari Aster, Wes Anderson....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During my first road-trip , I went to Wiesbaden and my host received other Couchsurfers. One hour after my arrival I saw a very old pink car arrive with two punk guys and one girl with them. They proposed me to follow them to a "little music festival". I expected a single singer with a guitar on a stage and I finally came to a huge music festival with more than 50 000 peoples! That was really amazing and I had a lot of fun.

Teach, Learn, Share

As I said, I want to learn a lot of things about other cultures and other people. Then I would be very happy to hear all your stories about your life, your travels and share mine with you.

Maybe I could learn some french to you if your are interested in and I can cook you something with pleasure!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I want to have good time with the people I meet, then I would be happy to share a beer with you and laugh a lot. Usually, I'm trying to bring some french products in order to make you discover new things ;)
