Always up for doing something, meeting new people, going new places. Life stops when idleness creeps in and I'm keeping moving!

The world and human beings both have the ability to create the greatest and the worst. The only way to stay on the side of the great is to keep moving, always looking for ways to keep the fire burning. Focus on the fun side of life, try and learn everything, I do my best to do this everyday.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been living in Montreal for 2 years and I have genuinely fallen in love with this city. I believe it to be one of the most powerful symbols of Canadian identity although it takes a few hints from a local to understand its dynamics. I like to be that local.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A lot of very close people are or have been active members of the CouchSurfing community, either surfing or hosting. I have been thinking about it for a long time and thought it was time to get involved.
In the past, as a traveller, I was lucky enough to bump into people who would open their houses to me. It has had a huge effect on me and always knew I would "pay it forward" someday. Travellers need to help each other out.
I've only surfed so far and had only memorable experiences, meeting fantastic people on all occasions. Can't wait to host in Montréal!

I constantly look for new music, books, films. There is so much of either to love and for different reasons that it's impossible to make a short list!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was lucky enough to have some fantastic travel experiences. Contributing to the building of a creche in rural South Africa was one of them, literaly a life-changing experience in so many ways. The summer I spent cycling around Europe has also opened my eyes on so many things: fantastic wild and urban landscapes, a whole new way to travel, a different perspective on life, to name just a few.
