I live in Sifnos, Greece by choice. I left Athens and am so much happier living on an island, away from the cities. I love nature, outdoor activities, travelling, yoga, and in general all the beautiful simple things of life.

I have had some great experiences with CS on my travels and I really believe in it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed in Australia for the first time and had a great time. Makes all the difference to have someone to share with, explore with and learn the inside story of the place.

Couchsurfing in Istanbul was even better! The people there are just great! Had the best experience of my life.

Couchsurfing with Pascale (from Paris) in Greece was a thrill! She actually kidnapped me and we went off to Santorini and Folegandros.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled for the first time alone overseas (outside the protective boundaries of the "first world...") and chose India and 4 months of backpacking for it. Off the beaten track...Loved every second of it!

Left Athens to live my version of Paradise, a small Greek Cycladic island called Sifnos. I left my Marketing Management career and became a self-taught ceramist. And then went all the way to Australia to learn more about glazing my ceramics...where I couchsurfed for the first time.

After travelling in remote places, coming back to Greece only to see the Aegean Sea and feeling that it is the most magical thing I have ever seen...and I have been seeing it for all my life. Can never get enough of it.
