About Me

I love getting to know a person through the way they talk. Choice of words can tell you a lot about a person's personality.

It may sound cliché but the more I travel and the more people I meet when travelling, the more I learn about the world and grow as a person. I was raised in a very small town (population of 10,000) and I now feel grateful to having been able to see a bit more of the world (still so much to see).

I don't believe in a happy life, I believe in happy moments. My happy moments usually happen outdoors, hiking, with my feet in the sea, eating good food, doing things outside my comfort zone, having a good conversation over beers with the people I love or watering my plants :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think the best way to really get to know a city is through the eyes of a local (even if they're new locals to the city). It's a brilliant way to combine travelling and socialising. I love meeting new (cool) people and learning from their experiences. I feel like you grow a little more and become a better version of yourself with every person you meet.

The hidden gems of every city are only known by the locals and I want to show them in my city and visit them in a new city :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have favorites.

I think that any type of music can be perfect with the right atmosphere.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was part of a group that joined forces to change the residency status of thousands of immigrants in Ireland and achieved direct access to work without the need of a work permit.

Teach, Learn, Share

Being a translator, I'm passionate about languages. I can help you improve your Spanish (or English) skills and learn some words in your native language.

I love plants and interior decoration. I can give you some tips for your space if you like.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can always share some "mates", which is a traditional South American caffeine-rich infused drink. I'm kind of addicted so be prepared to at least give it a try. :)

I can make some traditional Argentinian empanadas.
