About Me
Hello everybody,
I'm Julieta from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I'm twenty-four years old. I'm student at the University of Buenos Aires. But also a dancer, last year I've graduated from Dance School. Anyway, I keep studying and attending classes. I work here, teaching bellydance classes, and fortunately I travel around my country thanks to my teaching.
I'm a very friendly and outgoing person. Love to hang out with friends. Going to gigs, walking by the riverside, having great chats, etc.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Well, I love travelling and I love knowing different ways of living, different cultures. And I believe the best way to do that is actually spending time and sharing experiences with other people.
Interests
I'm a huge fan of music (¡all kinds!), love going to gigs (little ones, I feel closer to artists), love putting any Album and listen to it complete. You know what's great too? Listening to new music!
I cook a lot. Any kind of foods. Specially veggies, fish and pork. Of course, I can cook some specialties from my country.
Love being outside, walking, trekking (if there's mountain), or just sitting somewhere where wind blows.

Music, Movies, and Books
Well, love any kind of music. From classics to very underground styles. Right now I'm very into 50s Blues and Cumbia (all kinds).
Movies?? Tought one! Love movies of Wes Anderson, Emir Kusturika, Pedro Almodovar, Quentin Tarantino, Woody Allen...
Also came to my mind movies like, "Goodbye Lenin", "Farewell Case", "Los Amantes del Circulo Polar".
Books... On the Road, was wonderful...; Foucault's "Watch and Punish" blew my mind away, Milan Kundera, "the Unbearablle lightness of being". Right Now I reading "The Art of Making dances" of Doris Humphrey... Lovely!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I produce a Bellydance event, where people all over the country and region can dance, attend workshops and gather between their peers and keep producing art.
Teach, Learn, Share
As I mention before, I teach dance. I think is the most wonderful experience. It's unbelievable how much you can learn when you teach.
And I feel that learning and sharing is kind of a philosophy of living, a essential part of our lives.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Lots of things!! ahaha
Food, firstly! I'd love to cook them! I love sharing a good meal!
Also, Yoga or Pilates! We can work out together... It's wonderful!
And, Music... As I said before, love music, love new music... so sharing it with someone it's even better!!
