Hello Everyone!

I finished my university degree last year and since I am not ready to become a real adult, I decided to move to Paris and be an au pair. My goal is to take advantage of that and get to explore as mush as possible France and Europe. But since I am an au pair, I barely have money, so I am so happy Ryanair and FlixBus exists !
My biggest dream, passion and hobby is to travel as you can expect.
I have lived in 5 different countries already due to various circumstances and I think I will stay a nomad for the rest of my life because that's what I consider to be normal for me. If I stayed for too long in a place, my feet start itching and I have to move. 🌍

I am a very, very optimistic and enthusiastic person! So don't worry I promise I'll be a nice couchsurfer! 😇

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Well as I already mention the only thing I can think and wish for is: travelling, and I am using this platform because right now I am a poor young person with no money that can't afford staying in more luxurious places like hotels... HAHAHAHAHA
But who said this is a bad thing???

This way I can make lots of TRAVEL FRIENDS. When you stay in a room in a hotel you are by yourself. When you do couch-surfing, you make friends and learn from their experiences, they show you around, they teach you their culture and it is a much better experience! 😄

I hope in the future when I can afford my own place somewhere in the world, I will be able to host people and give back to the community.

I like almost everything that it is considered to be fun!
I like dancing A LOT, so I'm a huge party girl (I also drink alcohol socially, to some people this can be a problem, soooorry)
I like to eat and try different foods, but one of my favourite things on earth is avocado.
I like meeting new people obviously, hence I'm in couchsurfing, I am very talkative and I'm a very curious.
I love learning new languages, my goal is to learn at least 5 languages. 3 down, two to go!
I also want to learn about as many cultures as possible and share my cultures with people .Yes, I consider I am a mixture of cultures.
Share travelling experiences and making friends.
I am also a photo taker freak. I am trying to learn photography by myself, and that's why I take many pictures.
I also love water sports like swimming or scuba diving. And I recently started doing boxing.

Ultimately what I LOVE is TO ENJOY LIFE and to be as HAPPY as humanly possible!

Música, películas y libros

Oh this is too long to list. I am just going to say that I like all sort of movies except from horror movies, cause they scare me hahaha.
I also like travel related documentaries. One of my favourites is "Colombia, Magia Salvaje" - it is in Spanish, but it is absolutely stunning! And Of course the Secret Life of Walter Mitty!

In terms of music I could say I can like everything and I enjoy listening to new things.

Books are always good no matter what! But I'd say my favourite type are fantasy books. My favourite saga is "La ciudad de las bestias" / "The city of the Beasts" by Isabel Allende, this saga was one of the main influences for me to become a travel addict, I read it as a teenager, but still is one of my favourites. Highly recommended it.
Now I am reading books more in the self help area, cause I need to get my life together.

Algo increíble que he hecho

The first time I travelled (or remember travelling, I was travelling since I was in my mums tummy), I did it by myself when I was 6 years old and I crossed the Atlantic Ocean from Colombia to Spain.
I also got lost in a cemetery. One of my most fun and amazing travel adventures hahahahaha

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I could teach you the languages I know and share all my life experiences.
I would love to learn many languages and anything else you would like to teach me, like your culture and what you value in life.

I can also teach you how to dance Latin music, I promise it wont take more than 15min! I am a great teacher!

I would like to share my little knowledge in life. And obviously I am aiming to learn from my hosts, and get from them what their best advice in life would be. I am young, but for sure I am a fast learner.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

For my hosts we can always talk on skype or add each other in social media beforehand if that makes you feel more comfortable about hosting me.

Right now unfortunately I do not have my own place as I am an au pair, and it is not ideal to host people, however once I can rent my own place, (Hopefully by next year) you will be welcome to stay, wherever I am 🙌

If you need some reasons to host me, here are some 💃

1) I did a full year abroad (best year of my life so far) as part of study exchange program. I also lived in 5 different countries since I'm 6 years old, so I have plenty of travelling stories to share with you and life experiences from which I have learned a lot.
2) I love dancing, specially latin music like salsa, merengue and cumbia. Thanks to my latin background I can teach you, I am a great teacher and I guarantee you'll learn the basics very fast!
2.1) I also dance belly-dancing, and I can also teach you if you are interested in that hahahaha
3) I speak 3 languages, English, Spanish and French, I will obviously be happy teach you any of them of practice the if you already know them.
4) I consider myself to be a mixture of cultures, so I can also share those with you.
5) I am not the best chef but I could try and cook something, maybe a Colombian dish?
6) I am the most optimistic person you could meet. I have lots of trauma and bad shit happened to me, but I'm still here with my big smile 😄
7) I plan to travel a lot in the future and also to live in different countries, to which , if you hep me, you will obviously be invited to visit once I am there.
8) The list can go on, but I will stop at number 8 since it's my lucky number.
