Overview
About Me
I work in medical research doing more paperwork than clinical work at this point. I have a little dog, Rustle. He's adorable, and hypoallergenic.
I live in Germantown, across from an park with basketball and tennis courts. Occasionally, there are events. It's about a 15 minute walk to Queen's Lane and Wayne Junction stations, and there is plenty of street parking.
We have a neighborhood guard cat, Ginger. (I am very allergic, but she patrols the porch.)
I like to stay busy since the house is so quiet. I volunteer on Saturdays and have a habit of joining and quitting clubs.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The house is quiet, and it's always nice to have guests.
I'm also lucky enough to have friends all over the world, and I would like to continue the trend :)
Interests
I have a lot of yarn. The room you would stay in has a lot of yarn. I apologize in advance.
I am trying to become a gardener. I have an amazing backyard (and front) that most of my friends refer to as, "strategically wild".

Music, Movies, and Books
I tend toward fantasy and sci-fy. Marvel movies are wonderful. I can't get into Game of Thrones. I know, plenty of you have just stopped reading.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Just one?
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm always open to new experiences. Philly is such a wonderful town to visit and walk around. It's got great dive bars and clubs, under cut by museums and streets full of American history.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I bake and knit. I'm always up for an adventure.
