About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to live, to live well.

ABOUT ME

I love rock climbing. I love meeting new people and having new experiences. I come form a big family, and I love animals!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I was a child, my father brought a wall hanger home from Puerto Rico. You've seen one just like it before- "mi casa es su casa". It hung at our front door for as long as I can remember. .. so you see, my house is your house. It's a way I attempt to live my life. My things are your things. My knowledge is your knowledge. It really does change everything you do.
When I travel, I like to surf. When I'm home, I'd like to have coffee, a drink, or share my couch with you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have just recently joined couchsurfing, but my experience has already been great. I was traveling through Ohio where hosts gave me a great place to stay and great things to do in the town. I've met travleing surfers that have been in my town and they have always been wonderful open people. But I have been witnessing and practicing the philosophy for years, and opening your life and home to someone always brings good things.

Music, Movies, and Books

A few of many loved books: One Hundred Years of Solitude, The Poisonwood Bible, Travels with Charley, East of Eden.

A few of many loved movies: The Life Aquatic, Pulp Fiction, Pocahontas.

A little of much loved music: David Bowie, Beirut, Dr. Dog, Simon and Garfunkel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have spent many days exploring in the wilderness.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can make my stomach growl on command, belly dance, and throw pottery.

Teach me anything and everything, preferably how to play the harp and make a decent crepe.
