Movies: Kubrick's filmography, japanese motion pictures (Miyazaki especially), old movies, new ones, it doesn't really depends so much on the type but more on the mood.
Music: in every kind of music I can find something I like
Books: Luis Sepulveda, Boris Vian, Stefan Sweig, others...
