Imagine a female muppet version of 'Swedish chef'? My friends would sometimes characterize me like that, because I like to cook, but my kitchen somehow ends up like a little improvisation theatre. Apart from cooking, I'm a relaxed and curious person, just a bit too crazy about my two cats and I like to meet friends and new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

CS is a nice way to meet new people and stay open-minded, because I realised this is a skill that needs ongoing practice.

I'm not very experienced at CS yet, but I surfed once in Frankfurt am Main. It was a good experience, thanks to my host!

Master of Arts in european studies with the specialisation german-dutch relations. Most of the time a crazy cat lady that enjoys a lot of things we experience outside: plants, buildings, art, people, philosophy or different languages.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visited a tiny Italian restaurant in Rheinland-Pfalz, somewhere in Germany, in which the waiter was also cook and dish washer at the same time. The furniture was also created by him. Most amazing thing: they had run out of pizza's! Instead we ate 'Flammkuchen', the best new kind of pizza I discovered.

Driving on a motor cycle with my best friend. Way too fast, but so fascinating!
