ABOUT ME

I am a cheerful and happy 28 year old who is currently taking sabbatical leave from work to travel the world for 6 months! I am on this adventure with my boyfriend (29), I love to read, cook, dance and ride my horse :)

PHILOSOPHY

I live to learn. From other cultures, other people, other opinions, every experience makes me a little wiser and I hope I continue to do so till I am very very old!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a couch at my parents place in Doorn, near Utrecht, my room in groningen really is too small to host anyone, there is only place for my own bed and a table. Unfortunately, doorn is not such a popular destination, so I only hosted one surfer, but it was a great experience!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been couchsurfing in Barcelona with someone I met in italy, he is also the one who told me about CS, after that I've been couchsurfing in Palermo, which was great because it was an international house with all sorts of erasmus students, they showed me around and we cooked togheter, I was really sad when I had to leave them. My second couchsurfing experience was in Palermo aswell, with a lovely family with a young kid named Marco. They showed me and my friend around, we had lunch together and they enjoyed the dutch cheese we brought for them :)
