Overview
About Me
Hey!
My name is Julius Lajtha (as you might have read above ;-P) and I am currently a student at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland in the field of International Relations and Law.
I am person extremely opened towards other people and also very interested in learning someone elses personal history as well as opinions on all sorts of topics.
I LOVE travelling, for various reasons: You get to know a new culture, you get to know new people (with sometimes a totally different mentality), new food (I LOVE good food), and - this is one of my real passions - you get countless photo motives which then again causes you to walk around even more attentively and teaches you to perceive the world around you more consciously...........
By all that; you really calm down and relax (although you might have walked around all day !) by leaving behind your daily routine - which is the whole point of having holidays
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because the vein and the culture of a country is made up by THE PEOPLE and because I love getting to know new people and having an international circle of friends.
Also, I am a bit patriotic myself, as in I love showing people around and giving insider information about the places I know (I started at the age of 6 (just learned Viennese history in Primary School) showing my grandparents around in Vienna´s 1st district ;-P)
