我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have been hitchhiking for a while and have been often very lucky finding places to stay at people homes I only met a couple of hours ago. Meeting locals and travelers gives you an experience way beyond any hostel can offer you. I'm on Couchsurfing to eventually help spontaneous good fortune and give others where ever I live a place to stay and if circumstances allow, way more than that.

兴趣

I like waterfalls and big trees, I like views from mountains or enjoying the view from a cliff over a nice bay. I love to ride bikes, try new food, meet new people and experience the local nightlife away from touristic destinations or sometimes just read a book and relax for a day.

I like different kinds of music mostly. I like music which is influenced by the seventies.
My movie interests go from kids animations over action and superhero movies to advanced sophisticated.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I drove with my new boss to his cattle station about 500 km away from where I met him. Because of the rain we needed to drive 200 km detour it was already late and my boss was nearly falling asleep so we slept on the side of the road. Half an hour later the police arrest us both for driving in a stolen vehicle and brought us to the next police station. Considered as a victim I got dropped at 3:00 am at a road house 800 km away from my friends.
