ABOUT ME

We both are from the Quebec city region and we met in France two years ago while we were doing grape picking in a vineyard. We then worked in the french alps and traveled all across Italy before coming back to Canada. Back then, we made a lot of couch surfing. We now live together in Montreal since one year and we want to give back to the couch surfing community.

I studied to become an Audiovisual Technician

I am a very passionate photographer. I love all kind of music styles. I like cinema, sports, history, science, economy, literature, have a beer with my friends and of course, traveling.
Otherwise, I like to meet people from all around the world and share experiences.

Julie-Anne is at the moment studying in Specialized Education.

She loves family and friends, children, dogs, music, litterature, cooking, wine, desserts, traveling, have a nap in the afternoon, countryside and much more.

PHILOSOPHY

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

After couchsurfing in many countries we now want to share our couch with travelers that come across Montreal. If we have time we are willing to visit the city with them and go out to have a beer once the evening has come.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We just had a wondeful trip in Europe that lasted 10 months and couchsurfing really added something to it. We surfed around 20 couches and we had mostly VERY POSITIVE experiences. Couchsurfing is one of the best social experience that we ever experienced. We suggest it to all our friends.

Movies : all Quentin Tarantino's movies, old school Peter Jackson gore, history & science documentary, most of movies produced in Quebec, a bunch of French movies, first star war triology, old dubious craply good movies made in the 80's.

And for music I love all "non commercial too much" styles. But here are some bands that I listen to: Tool, Dave Matthews Band, Infected Mushroom, Pink Floyd, Mars Volta, Air, Dj Shadow, Notwist, Queen of the Stone Age, Sufjan Stevens, Shpongle, Mr Bungle, Opeth, Bela Fleck, Miles Davis, John Coltrane and muuuch more...
