About me:
Born in southwest China, I moved to United States East Coast a few years ago to study and I’m now based in New York City for my doctoral degree, as well as teaching as a piano faculty in university.
As a pianist, I traveled around the world for concerts, festivals, competitions, and these events have brought me to six continents (blessing!) I often travel alone, enjoy meeting new people on the road, and act as probably a totally different person from who I am in my daily life.
I’m quite easygoing and friendly. I enjoy adventures as well as deep/meaningful conversations. I consider myself as an observer and participant of the world. I have strong desire to experience as many possible things in the world as possible (no crime ofc lol), to understand, share, and connect. I would like to be the director, actor, audience and critic of the life, of mine and others.

I can teach you piano, some violin/ viola, music theory or history. I can also teach you Chinese and share Chinese culture and cuisine.
I would love to study anything and I’m always looking forward to hearing your stories. Would like to learn other languages.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

If you’re interested in music, I would love to share some myths with you. I like photography and i have a fine camera, so I can take photos for you if you’d like. I would love to share my stories and cultures with you. I’m a diver, a surfer, a paraglider. We may discuss outdoor activities and sports.. Besides, being a human itself is a thing worth sharing, maybe.
