I'm a young, passionate and open-minded person that enjoys photography, traveling, animals and new adventures.
I'm a preschool and elementary teacher, that enjoys her job and wants to continue learning from every experience and specially from people all around the world.
As latin-american, I love music, dancing and party, and even if lately I'm doing more travelling than partying, I'm always open to join any kind of celebrations.
I'm Colombian and so proud about that¡ and because of that I'll always be happy to talk with you about coffee, music, arts, and literature from my country. So if you're interested in getting to know about my origin I'd love to show you the nice side of my culture and tradition.
I'm not so good at cooking but I'm better at cleaning and organizing, and I definitely have to say that I'm better at eating, talking and sharing experiences with people.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I'm at couch surfing because I think is a good way to get to know the culture of the places you visit and to get to know people from places you just dream to live. By sharing simple things like a bed, a space, a cup of coffee, a drink, a walk or just a chat, you will be opening a window to endless experiences where you can learn, enjoy and understand deeply the people you share this planet with.

Interessen

- Education and childhood: Is not just my profession, is also part of my everyday life. So if you wanna teach me something, talk about it or hear about it, then we'll have topics to chat about for ages.

- Animals: Since I have a dog and I always had a pet at home when I was little, everything related to animals, wild life, pets, conservation and adoption it will be interesting for me.

- My hobby: In my free time (lately I don't have that much but keep on trying¡) I love to read about photography and practice with my reflex; specially when I'm travelling, I go around looking for good perspective and nice shots to capture good memories and take them with me.

Anyway, I'm person open to talk about pretty much everything.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

- About music: I love rock¡ and when I was a teenager I used to listen to punk, ska and reggae (Spanish, Colombian and Latin-American). Back then I was also going to concerts and festivals doing "pogo" like crazy, now I just enjoy listening to it and sharing some good songs from different bands I've never heard about. Even tho I'm from a "caliente" country I don't like or listen to reggeton, bachata and those rhythms, but instead if you're interested in listening salsa, merengue and even in vallenato I'll be up for that... and btw I love to dance¡

- Movies: I have always loved movies, I enjoyed like a baby (I would say like a teacher¡) the ones for kids, so any DreamWork, Disney and Pixar movie that is out, will always call my attention. But I also like serious stuff , "Butterfly effect" and "Requiem for a dream" are two of my favorite ones.

-Books: To be honest, my reading rete was never that high and specially during my master's degree in Italy, those levels went even worse. This is because I was always reading something related to study and when I was having free time I was usually going for movies or walks with my dog... Anyway my last are: "Io non ho paura" and "Come Dio comanda" by Niccolo Ammaniti, "Great Gatsby" by Fitzgerald and "the Lord of Flies" by Golding.
