Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to all kinds of music, with a preference for anything a little rock but I also like French songs and everything that puts you in a good mood!!
My favorite movie: "Life is Beautiful" by Roberto Benigni! I also loved the biopics about Freddy Mercury and Elton John! And... in fact there are too many of them!!
My favorite book: "Changer l'eau des fleurs" by Valérie Perrin, and all her books in general, those of Mélissa Da Costa, Delphine de Vigan, Teulé etc...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was in Crete with my companion. We made friends with the staff at the hotel where we were staying and people who lived on the island and had a big pick-up. One day they took us for a ride in the mountains but we got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and without a spare tire of course! There were 8 of us! We walked at least 2km to a village where we had the bar opened and where we were served raki... and water (high summer, it was about 40 degrees!). Then we hitchhiked! And a car took us! 2 in front, 1 in the trunk, 5 behind! She dropped us off at the next village a little bigger and two of us continued hitchhiking to pick up our rental cars that we had left at our local friends' house! We ended up going home! It's a great memory! (Even if we never saw the pink sand beaches of Crete!)
