A balanced life may sound impossible and complicated at first, but actually it all start with a proper self-care, little by little, every single day: eating better food, meditate, writing, running and learn to be present.

Then add a bit more time for self-discovery and self-development, little by little, every single day!

Then spend less time on unimportant things to have a bit more time with those I love, surrounding myself with love, encouragement, support, every single day.

That tiny bit in every single day MATTERS :)
