ABOUT ME

I'm new to couch surfing but I have been a part of hosting cyclists on warmshowers.org. That has been a lot of fun so I thought I would see how the couch surfing goes without a bicycle!
I'm a middle school math and social studies teacher in Charleston, SC and I just graduated from UNC at Greensboro. I'm very fond of traveling and meeting strangers. I'm an easy going person and very much value the space other people are willing to offer.

I just moved into a house with my boyfriend in Charleston so I will be willing to host soon as we get our place in order. I also tend to find myself in different cities and looking for a place to lay my head.

Interests

Math. I'm a total math nerd.
I love food and watching people cook because I'm not very talented in that department. I also love eating food the way it was created to be enjoyed.
I enjoy markets and small local shops and meeting the locals those places attract.
I also like discovering the history of the places I visit. What's your city's story?

Music, Movies, and Books

Music to dance to. Movies with Heath Ledger (he is easy on the eyes)! And books that take you other times and places. I'm currently reading Exidous.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just came back from Israel and saw women praying and crying at the western wall. It was very powerful.
