ABOUT ME
I am the ex-couchless Couchsurfer. I am serious... I had no couch before. But now I do after years of searching high and low, left and right, here and there. Only to find it at Amazon.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Hosting is my way of paying it forward to the CS community the hospitality that was afforded me when I needed it most.
CS says my response rate is 60%. I promise i reply as quickly as i possibly could. Don't be shy; send me a quick note or something.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've hosted and been hosted. All were awesome experiences.
Interests
Movies (Horror, action, thriller, tear jerkers, classic romcoms), good food, hiking, road trips, paddling (kayak, dragon boat, OC6), cooking, street food.
Back in 2022, I've picked up how to make bonsai and I love it. It's very therapeutic.
During warmer months, I try to do as much trail jogging as I can especially on trails that do not get much foot traffic. I also like to fish.
I am not much of a party person but when I go out I love clubbing or bars with live music. I am a social drinker so beer, cider, and wine (thanks to my trip to Spain I am a wine drinker now) are all fine with me. Drinks aged in oak barrels do not appeal to my primitive taste buds but I do try it on occasion because I am open minded gentleman. However, there are certain types of drinks that I know I can tolerate better than average beings.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I fixed the clogged pipes that connect to an old dishwasher. So happy with the result.
Recently, I've redone the septic system of my place. This one is something I am so proud of because it wasn't just any ordinary repiping job. It took a number of mental simulations and luckily I did.
