ABOUT ME

Dear couchsurfing members.
Nice to meet you. I am Korean and live in Seoul now.
As a teacher, I have big interest in European cultures aned languges, and I like to tell my students about other countries’ cultures and languages.
I want to meet people who love their own cultures and languages . I find people who want to learn with me Korean languages, Korean cooking and Korean traditional musical instrument. You know, the departure time is far away, so I want to make friends ahead of my take off. No matter you can be my host or just hanging out, I am really looking forward to warm-hearted person:))

About Me;
I am teaching Korean, English and Korean history at school.
If you have a little English, you can learn basic Korean with me in a few hours. Actually, with my voluntary service, I teach Korean to some Russian people every Saturday in the downtown of Seoul.
I like learning something new whatever it is. That is Why I never stop learning. Actually I like to learn new languages. My first foreign language was, of course, English. Then lots of chinese characters, Japanese, Spanish, German and now Russian, Arabic.
One of my old hobbies is photography. It happened to start twenty years ago. I really enjoy people's emotional expression when I take a shot with people. I never count how many shots I have taken so far. It doesn't matter. I just enjoy to press shutter release button and people's reply to what I took for them.
I am fond of practicing musical instruments. I like playing Korean fluet, it is called Danso and Soguem. If you invite me as your guest, you can listen to my Korean flute playing.
Travelling makes my soul energetic . Recently I happened to know Couchsurfing program and I think it is the amazing one for me.
