About Me
Hello, I'm Jungeun Lee.
Amateur cook, Professional writer, Yet student.
Born and raised in Busan, South Korea. Moved to Seoul to study Art and Literature in my early 20s! Just finished my bachelors for Korean Literature and Language. I can recommend you some Novels, Short Stories, or Poems which likely fit you the most!(If you let me to do so:)) I'm very calm and quiet at most time, but I get very talkative when it comes to Literatures, Arts, Films.
Currently working as a free-lance curator, editor for Art exhibitions. And now I'm on my stage for starting my new novel.
I moved a lot when I lived alone in Seoul, because I really wanted to experience many places of Seoul. So if you want any advice for visiting Seoul, I can be the best guide for you! And also Busan or other south-provinces in Korea.
I always try to keep my mind and soul as a curious traveler. It has made my life so much adventurous and beautiful, and I believe in time I've been through!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
At the time I lived by myself in Seoul, I hosted many friends in my apartment. I cooked for them and we talked each other, or watched films, listened to musics.
I really love cooking and trying many dishes at a time, so I really hoped to expand my experience with many people!
I traveled Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Toronto, Ontario, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Münster, Brussels, Antwerp, Amsterdam and many small towns of South Korea by myself! I think traveling around and meeting new people and sharing our thoughts are like breaking our individuality at the moment and build our personalities into more deeper and bigger one.
And my biggest strength is getting really comfortable with anywhere I go, so... :>
