Overview
About Me
I am an international student from Korea studying business in UQAM. I was studying psychology in my home university though. I am interested in me, my thinkings, others, other people's thinkings, relationships,...human.
I always think a lot, and write, but sometimes crazy for dancing.
I like to sing, listen to music, and enjoying swimming and yoga. Thirsty to ride a horse but didn't have many chances to do it.
I love meeting new people and it is always pleasure to listen what they think in every aspect of their lives.
I belive meeting awesome people affects my life in every way!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I hope to meet people from here. I haven't had many chance to spend time with Montrealers since I only got a chance to meet exchange students while attending school.
I am now living in the residence of the university but always dreamed of living in the local house and I would really like to experience how locals live!
Also I am planning to travel across Canada starting from Montreal all the way to Vancouver! I will take a train and stopover at Toronto, Winnipeg, Churchill(hoping to see aurora), Edmonton, and Jasper. Calgary, Banff, and Jasper by bus to see mt Rockey and all nature! I will travel alone and I thought it would be a great idea to couchsurf to get a chance to meet various local people and make friends from all over Canada.
Interests
I don't know anything about art, but I like to go to galleries and appreciate the paintings. I believe it makes me sensitive and creative!! Also enjoying going to a concert
I love eating delicious food together. Chatting while eating always makes me happy. I am not a very good cook, but enjoying cooking and sharing with others. Finding out not expensive but nice places to eat and spend time with friends is a great pleasure, too.
I love old things such as vintage clothes. Finding a nice but cheap one from the vintage shop feels like finding a treasure from an old, cracked ship.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love JAZZ -jazz carols are perfect for now, but generally I listen all kinds of music-pop, original sound track, classic, hip-hop, latin music, ... except hard rock and heavy metal.
Price and Prejudice, Notebook, and Midnight in Paris are of my favorite movies, and I love all kinds of novels from old, classic to new, modern - I like Great Gatsby but also Shoppaholic at the same time.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
is that I decided to come here, to Canada, to live. It has been only one semester so I think it is a bit short but I could learned so many things while living here.
I did a homestay in a very small town in California 7 years ago, and there I could spent amazing time with lovely, friendly family. They were so nice to me and they were my first foriegn friends. I could come here because of those memories. Still thankful for them.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am very open to learn anything, everything! I hope to share every joyful moment with others.

I can make Korean meal for hosts if they want to try new food! Korean food is usually very healthy because we commonly eat rice and vegetables.
