我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am in Couchsurfing since 2011 and have had the opportunity of getting to know many incredible people from around the world, sometimes as a guest and most-times as a host. Some of them became friends.

The most remarkable experiences that I had travelling abroad were precisely those when I was accompanied by a local couchsurfer who showed me around their city, whether hosting me or not.
Also, all the people I have received in my home turned out to be great.

Currently I am living abroad, away from home, this is why unfortunately I am not able to host anybody.
I live in Wollongong - Australia, doing my PhD at the University of Wollongong - UoW.

兴趣

I believe it's important being exposed to different cultures, new landscapes and scenarios, other ways of living and seeing life. We all become better human beings after expanding our reality.
I love talking nonsense easy going stuff, as well as hearing all about new people's histories and stories.

It was amazing going to Macchu Picchu (Peru), Foz do Iguaçu waterfalls (Brazil), the Great Wall (China), Hiroshima (Japan), Berlin Wall (Germany) and so on...
