Hi there! I am a half Japanese, half Canadian woman who grew up in Japan and then Ecuador. I lived in both for around 10 years each. I have been travelling for the past 2 years and a bit and work online which allows me to do so. I am outgoing and always up for an adventure or trying something new!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I want to meet new people and get the opportunity to experience the country in its culture with people from or whom have been living there. I think it's such a lovely concept to host people and also get hosted all around the world. A way to bring people together and share!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like afro beats, tecno, pop, country, rap, reggaeton, but honestly a little bit of everything.
Movies, I like comedy, romance, adventure and action.
Books, mostly fiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Solo backpacking and hitchhiking through Patagonia, Argentina.
-A few years ago I went on a one month long canoe/camping trip in Canada, with no electricity, phone, running water, etc. It was an amazing experience that I'll remember for the rest of my life!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I looove to share Japanese, Canadian, Ecuadorian culture. I also love sharing past travel stories. Great way to get to know someone and usually a lot of fun to reminisce on past travels/hear adventures others have had. I also really enjoy cooking so would be fun to share some meals!
