ABOUT ME

Hi Friends! I'm a regular guy who loves adventure and travelling. I like making friends and learning about other cultures. I'm also interested in history and how the world has shaped to what it is now. I'm usually fun to be with and always look forward to new experiences - be it food, places, ideas, cultures...

It's always fascinating to meet people from other countries/ cultures and this site provides an excellent opportunity to do this!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in the saying "live and let live" and enjoy every moment, because "nothing lasts forever"!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It has been a great experience so far.

Have hosted two people while I was living in Mumbai - one from Norway and another from Hungary.

Since I've moved to Newcastle, UK, I've hosted many people from various countries - Canada, Portugal, Italy, Taiwan, and Germany. I do hope all of them have had a great experience!

My experience in terms of surfing has been limited so far - one CS friend, Leonardo, hosted me in Portugal. It was a wonderful experience as I was made to feel very welcome in his house! Another time, in Prague, Ladislav and his partner showed me around the city and took me to some great places, events.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done simulated sky-diving (well, I did fly, even if it was for a couple of minutes!) in Malaysia and it was simply fantastic!

One of the primary reasons for me to join CS is to be able to meet people from different countries and cultures, learn about them and their way of living and also to share personal experiences.
