Heylaho!

My name is Jure and I'm coming from a small town in Slovenia. I believe my lifestory is kinda awesome and breathtaking, but I really doubt there would be enough space to write it here. I would rather introduce myself in person :)

But since you should know something about me before we can meet, here are some facts about me:
- love nature and traveling
- really modest and simple person, I do not complicate (well...maybe sometimes in my head, because I think too much :D...but I don't complicate becouse of other people)
- I'm studying classical guitar in Graz
- my main passion is teaching music, I simply love to share my knowledge and interact with other people
- mostly...ok, always...we are traveling with my fiancee
- as much as I would love to, I'm usualy traveling without my guitar (except if I really have to stay in shape for a concert, than I would try to take it with me and practice a bit on a trip) :)
- with my friends we love to play Settlers of Catan, if anyone ask me for a round of Settlers I cannot say no :D
- Mexican food is my favourite (but stil not tooo spicy...), but I always like to try out new food and I love to cook
- I just bought my first Bonsai half a year ago and I find it amazing...in the future I will definetely grow more of them
- even though I love to meditate, yoga is not my thing (I gave it a shot few times already)
- 1 more fun fact, I'm not so much into cars, but whenever I see a Volvo I turn my eyes and head, also my body simply follows :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I will be honest with you. I can meet people everywhere so this simply can't be main reason to Couchsurf from my perspective (Hey, I'm still looking forward to meet you and this is one of the reasons why I'm doing it!!). But, main reason is to lower the price of the trip so I can travel longer and more often. Also I would like to hear about your culture, about your customs/habits, ask you for a few tipps about activities which are available in the area. And maybe, if we get lucky, we can become a good friends :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Classical, Spanish, Latino, Gypsy Jazz...actualy it doesn't depend so much on a genre. I love to listen everything that moves me in some kind of way.

I love thrillers since they make me think, good comedy is always welcome (usualy I watch French comedies), Action movies from time to time, etc.

I was reading a lot of books when I was young. Lately I have to admit, I don't read so much anymore. Mostly some kind of articles online (science, technology, economy...)

What I Can Share with Hosts

My profession is guitar teacher. I would love to teach you how to play guitar (classical, chords, improvisation, anything), also music theory or history. Probably there is a lot of things which I could share with you and they doesn't come up to my mind right now.

But mostly I will try to share good and positive energy! :)
