a bed, shower, fridge, shower, you can cook as well, no washing machine though
Friendly interaction with heaps of travel stories....  Plus, I have a basketball and tennis racquets and the court and hoops are just 300 metres from my home.

Lots of travel stories, after all, I have been to 39 countries by 2019 :)
