Hi folks!
I'm Juri, and yes, I'm Italian and I have a Russian name, there are two versions of the story, choose the one you prefer:
- My parents love the stars, and that's why they named me after Yuriy Gagarin;
- They are just lefties ahah.

Anyway, let's try to take it seriously:
I was born in Italy, but I don't recognise myself in any Country or nationality: I do believe that the differences standing between our cultures are just there to make this life a continue discovery, to fulfill our lifelong travel with endless amazements.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Like everyone else, I'm here to help and be helped.

As a host I'm here to give something back to the community, in the way and in the time I can. Some people need cultural exchange, some others need big talks under the moonlight, somebody just needs a place to crush and a good meal to feed: I don't judge, and I'm definitely not obsessed with the "CS spirit" and so on: we travellers know that travelling without the other's help is impossibile, so let's just help each other and enjoy.

The wisest guy I've ever met told me: travellers lights up a dream inside the others, and there's no better gift...
So I wonder: are you gonna light me that dream up? Am I gonna light up one for you?
I just can't wait to figure it out;)

I love to play some music with the others, and to learn more about their country's musical tradition. I would be happy to learn some of your folk songs, but don't make me sing, I'm not much of a singer I'm afraid..

I really love to listen to stories, but I can never remember them afterwards ahah.

I really love to discover new music from around the world, and I'm really into traditional musics: they combine the two things I love the most - music and stories. Apart from this, I really appreciate any kind of music that makes me say "wow, what the hell is this?"
