Hey, I'm Jurik!
After graduating from school last year, my girlfriend and me are traveling through Europe. Without any deadline and with nothing more than our two backpacks and the wish for new experiences and inspirations.
After going by kayak from Spain to Italy, we started to hitchhike all the way to Turkey. There we got a Tandem and now we are on our way back home. :)

I'm an open-minded person who loves to meet new people, learn new things about culture, music, food (I'm vegetarian) and so on... If I go travelling you will always find me with my camera, because I love capturing special moments, landscapes and special people I've seen during my travel time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

CS is a wonderful way to connect people from all over the world and I believe that sharing whatever you have will make the world a better place.

I think mostly every music genre has some wonderful songs/musicians :)
So among others I really like Linkin Park, Coldplay, Panic! At The Disco and also more unknown bands like The Pierce Brothers, BOY, Versengold, Milow, Die Ärzte ...

When it comes to films I can really recommend Intouchables, Life of Brian, Avatar, but also 303, Weit and Tomorrow (just German films)

I mostly read german books, so maybe you don't know them, but I enjoyed reading Mit 50€ um die Welt, Café am Rande der Welt, das Jesus-Video, Harry Potter and all the amazing books from Charles Eisenstein ...
