We, Jurjen (30) and Marijke (27) live in Groningen, the Netherlands. Before we left to go travelling at the end of april 2018, Jurjen worked as a postdoctoral researcher and Marijke as a teacher (special education, primary school) and researcher (university). Because we love good food & drinks and there's a big apple overload in the Netherlands, we started a cider company in 2016: Doggerland Craft Cider. Jurjen plays rugby and loves to cook, while Marijke enjoys the food he makes, reads a lot and learns and teaches different styles of dance. Some of our shared interests are travelling and sailing.
