One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jumped off cliffs in the biggest swell off Kona,HI. Floated in the Dead Sea covered in mud. Attempted wind surfing in Oahu. Hiked the Kalalau. Pet a Koala in Australia. Had a private island in Fiji with 10 people for two days. Made a hammock out of hemp. Got lost on a moped in Rhodes. Snorkelled the Red Sea with a sea turtle. Sky dived Vegas.

When making curry, put an inch of butter around the inside rim of the pot. When the coconut milk bubbles, it will not go beyond the butter.
