About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To enjoy whats left of my european holiday
ABOUT ME
Born and raised in Sydney, Australia. Grew up in eastern suburbs of Sydney and now live in Redfern with my family.
Ive taken time off from university to do a bit of travelling and have had an amazing time. I took a bEconomics at Sydney and have just one more semester to complete when i return home.
Most of my travelling so far has been in Switzerland as im half-swiss too. I have 14 cousins here who i barely know so its been fun getting to know them all.
Im looking forward to new challenges/experiences in the future whatever they may be. Have been brainstorming ways to work and travel..been thinking about teaching english in Japan for a year but we'll see.

Interests
Travelling/exploring has become my new no.1 but i know im not unique with that. I wanna experience new things, constantly changing and be proud of what i accomplish.
Skiing which ive been lucky enough to enjoy in Switzerland last winter 4 times! I thought i was good comparing myself to Aussies but got a slap in the face when i saw europeans skiing. Id also like to try my hand at snowboarding when i get back to Australia.
Interested in most sports. Play a bit of tennis and love cricket. Football (socceroos!), F1, Rugby league, cycling etc.
And the beach in summer. Nothing better. Maroubra/coogee in the eastern suburbs are my frequents.

I admit i dont read too much even though i always say i will and when i do i really enjoy it.
Teach, Learn, Share
I brought a bottle of vegemite with me to get as many swiss as i can to try. Goes great with Swiss cheese which im addicted to now. Appenzeller, the stinkiest of them all is my favourite :) Dont knock it before you try it.
Swinging a different direction...
Dont let people turn you off travelling someplace because they didnt like it. Most peoples' impression of a place is governed by their own unique experience there. I find its best to be your own judge.
Im set on learning swiss-german. I got a rude awakening when i found how completely different it is from german. Its tough to learn too considering its only spoken and not written and has many dialects but ill get there one day. I hope.
